Hello! I am so excited that you are here! Thank you for visiting. You are here probably because you want to get fit, am I right? If your answer is yes then you are in the right place! I want to help you get fit, for free! Exercise for your full body, not just a certain area of your body.
To start off, below you will find 20 Free Workouts To Help You Get Your Summer Body! There is still time if you are ready and able! No subscription is required (unless of course, you want to support the wonderful Youtube fitness women in the videos below!).

I am not selling ANYTHING (but I do use my Amazon affiliate links and offers), I just workout out with free workout videos from Youtube, and I am going to share my daily workouts at home with you all, every day I do them. Get your body exercise in each and every day!
They are ALWAYS free content. This is a safe place that is not going to sell you workout routines, promise! I just want more people to share my daily workouts with, and help encourages you along the way. These are great workouts for stay-at-home moms, homebodies, and people who love to workout from home, etc.!

Today, I want to share with you some of my favorite workouts and body workout programs that are free. They are all from Youtube and they really kick my butt and helped me with my weight loss journey. No more boring indoor cycling on my bike for me! These workout videos are my new favorite to do!
I started my fitness journey and strength trainingĀ on February 28th of 2021 and I have not looked back. I have been very consistent (which is key to seeing results!) and I work out 6+ days a week. That works for ME. You don’t have to work out every day and you shouldn’t. That is just what I do!
When I first started my fitness journey, I researched EVERYTHING. I joined some helpful fitness Facebook groups and asked a ton of questions. Now, I feel I know how to do workouts without injuring myself and I know the proper form needed to do certain fitness routines. I encourage you to do your own research too. That is the best way to learn for yourself.
I will be sharing all the fitness workouts and routines that I do, daily. This is to help encourage you to work out with me and get fit! If you have fun, you are 10x more likely to see results sooner. Summer will be here before you know it! You still have time to get summer ready if you want to put the work in!
As you can see from the videos below, the target areas that I want to work out and get fit, are my inner and outer thighs, saddlebags, booty, and arms. Those are the areas that I feel need to be worked out the most.
However, I have included a couple of ab workout videos below only because to be summer body ready, the tummy needs to be worked a bit too! Even though I HATE working out my abs! Ha!
And, you will see, that I only do workouts that are short! I am getting fit and seeing results by doing short, effective workouts. So, it is possible because I am living proof! I am SO lazy I knew that I would NEVER stick to a fitness routine if I did not like it. It has to be EASY and short. And, they had to be EFFECTIVE.
I absolutely HATE cardio hiit workouts, so you will not see any cardio workout videos below. That is ME though, and each person is different. I have seen amazing results by not doing any cardio, ever. However, I do work out every day and I eat healthy too. You do what works for you!!
NOTE: I think it is also very important to note that I am NOT a fitness coach or instructor. Everything I have learned was from watching Youtube videos and researching. So, just know that I am NOT here to give you medical advice (that is what your doctor is for!) and you should always consult your doctor before trying any new workout.
20 Free Workouts To Help You Get Your Summer Body
Below are my all-time favorite arm workouts. They are FREE (on Youtube!) and really make my arms feel strong! Whether you love yoga, weightlifting, running, or whatever, you will also love the videos below too! I promise! It is fun to mix it up a bit! You can workout at home without equipment or you can add equipment. The choice is yours!
Arm Workouts
We will start with arm workouts because they are my absolute FAVORITE to do!
1. Get Madonna’s Arms With This 10-Minute Workout
I have been doing this arm workout from the very beginning. It is an older one so you may have seen it and did it before. But this arm workout routine has my arms burning after the workout!
Just what I want! It is only 10 minutes long, but don’t let that fool you. You will need two sets of dumbbells. They say 3 lb. and 5 lb. dumbells, but you can choose which weight you feel most comfortable with. You can subscribe to their channel HERE.
2. 15 Min INTENSE ARM WORKOUT with Dumbbells at Home
I absolutely LOVE Caroline Girvan! She is so inspirational and is full of energy. She, in my opinion, has the BEST, hardest, but most effective workouts I have seen. Doing her workouts gives me quick results! She is AWESOME. Subscribe to her channel HERE.
3. Arm Workout at Home | Dumbbells Only
This is another Caroline Girvan arm workout that I love! You will be seeing a lot of her videos on my site!

4. 5-minute arm workout- get long, lean, toned arms
This is one of the arm workout videos that I started with when I first started working out. It is ONLY 5 minutes long but you will feel it the next day! Great arm workout for beginners! Subscribe to her channel HERE.
5. Arm Workout (Lying on the Floor)
This is also one of the very first arm workouts I did! I was SO lazy that all of my workouts, in the beginning, were laying on the floor! And, they pretty much still are, LOL! I was so dang lazy but you know what? It worked for me! You can subscribe to her channel HERE.

Let’s get started on the booty! That also means your glutes, thighs, legs, etc. Since I am not a fitness coach, I don’t know all the technical terms! But, you get the picture! Below, are my FAVORITE workouts for the above-mentioned parts of your body! From hip thrusts and hip bridges to squats, lunges, and more! Your butt and legs will be on fire after these awesome fitness routines!
6. Pilates Booty Glutes Workout
I love workout out with Linda from Barlates Body Blitz. You will see me posting a bunch of her fitness routines too! There are SO many awesome fitness role models on Youtube! This workout makes your glutes BURN, I am not going to lie! Subscribe to her channel HERE.
7. Inner and Outer Thigh Model Workout for Slim Lean Model LegsĀ
This is another fitness queen that I LOVE working out with! Her workouts are really good and make you feel so strong. I always add 5 lb ankle weights when I do my inner and outer thigh workouts. I also, at times, will add a dumbbell to my outer thigh for even more weight or resistance bands. You can subscribe to her channel HERE.
8. Pilates Thighs Mat Workout Inner and Outer Thighs
This is another great workout for those pesky inner and outer thighs. Add ankle weights or a dumbbell for a more effective workout!
9. Pilates Mat Butt Workout – BARLATES BODY BLITZ Stamina 50 Reps Glutes
I told you I like Linda’s workouts! She knows how to keep you going and how to feel that burn! The burn is where it’s at!
10. Slimmer Outer Thighs in 14 Days
Another one of my favorite workout Youtubers is Lilly Sabri! She has some awesome workouts on her Youtube channel and man does your body feel those workouts the next day! You can subscribe to her channel HERE.
11. 5-Minute Slim Thighs And Side Booty
And, another one of my fave Youtubers is Bailey Brown! I love her! She is so down to earth but she knows how to work out! I do a lot of her videos weekly. This video is only FIVE minutes! A lot of her videos are short yet so effective! I started my fitness journey doing a lot of her workouts because they were laying on the floor, and short! You can subscribe to her channel HERE.
12. 5 Minute Outer Thigh Workout
This is another 5-minute thigh workout that I love and started my fitness journey by doing it. It makes your thighs BURN in only 5 minutes! However, I DO add my 5lb ankle weights and sometimes a dumbbell to the outer thigh to really give me that burn. You can subscribe to her channel HERE.
13. 30-Minute Glute and Outer Thigh Workout with Resistance Band
Good old Caroline does it again! Her workout videos are SO inspirational and she is so relatable! She makes hard workouts fun! Adding that resistance band is a game-changer for sure! I love using my resistance band with a lot of the workouts that don’t even require one only because it ups the burn! This is a great exercise for beginners!
14. How to Get Lean Legs
Another Youtuber I adore is Sanne Vander! I love her! She is so down-to-earth, silly, and just fun to work out with! I do her workouts at least 2 times a week. I add my ankle weights to these workouts. They are short but so effective! She has so many different ones that I love! You can subscribe to her channel HERE.
15. 15 Minute Slim Thighs Inner and Outer Thighs
Mary Braun is someone I only recently found on Youtube and love! Her workouts are really intense and really get my muscles burning! You can subscribe to her channel HERE.
16. 10-Minute Bubble Butt Glute Bridge Burnout with Band
This bubble butt workout BURNS! I love doing this workout! It works your butt and glutes SO well. I try to do this one at least one time a week! You can subscribe to her channel HERE.
Ab & Core Workouts!

Because, as I stated above, in order to get your body completely ready for summer, we need to work out our abs too. This is the most hated part of my body to work out! I don’t know why, I just rarely do ab workouts! I know I need to, but I have avoided that area.
17. 10-Minute AB Workout
Caroline really knows how to work your abs! This is a quick, but very effective workout! I promise you will feel it the next day!
18. Lose Belly Fat and Slim Waist Line in 10 Minutes
Bailey is at it again with this quick, yet effective workout for your abs! I love how quick her workouts are! Does anyone have time to do them? No excuses!
19. Hourglass Waist and ABs in 14 Days 8 Minute Workout
This waist and abs fat loss exercise will help show you how to target and get rid of your stomach fat from home. It is only 8 minutes long, so I know I can do this one!

What Are Some Good 20-30 Minute Daily Workouts?

Is It Better To Do Less Frequent Longer Workouts Or More Frequent Shorter Workouts?
Longer workouts can help improve your endurance and stamina and can help to build muscle mass with longer workouts. More Frequent Shorter Workouts may be easier to fit into a busy schedule. This can also help maintain a consistent exercise routine.
Shorter workouts can allow you to maintain higher energy levels too. Just remember, consistency is key to achieving fitness goals. So choose a workout routine that aligns with your lifestyle and preferences.
On Average, How Many Days Should A Person Exercise In A Month, And For How Many Minutes, To Stay Fit?
To stay fit, the American Heart Association and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend that adults engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity per week. Aim for at least 5 days of exercise per week. You can mix moderate and vigorous activities to meet the guidelines and your goals.
Remember that any amount of physical activity is beneficial, so even if you can’t meet the recommended guidelines initially, starting with shorter durations and gradually increasing your exercise time can still contribute to your overall fitness and well-being.
How Many Times A Week Should You Do A Full Body Workout?
The frequency of full-body workouts depends on several factors, including your fitness goals. If you are new to exercise or strength training, starting with two to three full-body workouts per week is a good approach. For individuals with more experience and higher fitness levels, performing full-body workouts two to four times per week can be effective.
