This program will not be easy and it is totally focused on building your muscles and reaching near failure

These workouts will increase and promote both strength and density in your muscles.

The Iron Program will have 5 workouts per week and will be around 30 minutes each (just like the first Iron).

2 upper body focus workouts each week and 2 lower body workouts each week as well as a full-body workout on Fridays
